|1. Restricted for violating guidelines
If you lent your account to someone else or violated the community guidelines, you may be subjected to Live restrictions. If you want more information about the terms and conditions of ZEPETO, please check the ZEPETO community guidelines.
|2. The minimum specification for the device is not met
Even if you have received Live permission, the Live button may not be available if the conditions for minimum specification of the device does not meet the conditions for Live broadcast. Please check the specifications of the device that can broadcast Live through the link below before starting the broadcast.
|3. Country and Device Language do not match
Please make sure that your country of residence and your mobile phone language match. Live functionality may not occur if the language does not match. Also, to prevent errors, please wait a day after changing the language before broadcasting!
