Please check how to improve according to the rejection cases below and reapply for payment.

If the consent form for the collection of personal information is not signed or incorrect (ex. the attachment is cut off, the handwritten signature or the seal is omitted) | Please make sure that you have completed all your handwritten signatures in all the signature sections. If there is any blank, the payment application will be rejected. |
If the account information is not accurate (ex. bank name omitted, account holder name not exposed) | Please check your account and bankbook copy again and re-enter them. |
If there is a discrepancy between the copy of the bankbook and the account number | |
If you're a minor | Please check the email regarding the payment of proceeds for minors. |
If you change the information after applying for payment, it will not be reflected in the existing application details.
The changed information will be applied from the next application.
