Please be aware that benefits may not be provided normally if you try to duplicate a premium subscriptions as follows.
It is difficult to compensate for non-application of premium and non-payment of benefits due to duplicate subscription attempts.
- Attempting to subscribe to Premium Plus from one account using both a Google Play Store account and an Apple App Store account
- Attempting to duplicate Premium Basic using two store accounts from one account.
- Attempting to subscribe to the same product in duplicate to one ZEPETO account using two or more other store accounts and devices.
You can subscribe to different premium products in one account, or subscribe to Premium Basic and Premium Plus in different accounts.
However, subscription terms vary depending on the type of market platform you use (Google: Play Store / Apple: App Store), so please see the information below.
Google Play Store Users
- You can subscribe to both Basic & Plus on the #1 ZEPETO account

- After canceling all subscriptions, you can subscribe to Plus on the #1 ZEPETO account & Basic on the # 2 ZEPETO account
Apple App Store users
According to the Apple Store policy, if you already have a ZEPETO account that subscribes to Premium, other ZEPETO accounts can only subscribe to products that have no subscription history.

According to the Apple Store policy, a premium product is only available for one device, one App Store account and one ZEPETO account.
If you try to subscribe to the same product by changing only the App Store and ZEPETO accounts on the same device, it may not be reflected normally.
