11/11 Free Avatar Slot+1 Event Guide

On November 11, we're hosting a special event for just one day where you can receive one free avatar slot by logging into the ZEPETO app!

• Event period: November 11, 2023 (SAT) from 00:00 to 23:59 (UTC) for 24 hours only
• How to participate: Just logging-in to the ZEPETO app

Your free slot will be awarded as soon as you enter the ZEPETO app, and you'll receive a notification in your inbox that your slot has been awarded!

If you haven't received your free slot after accessing the app, please follow the steps below.

1. Please re-install and access again to the app.

2. Please check if you have already received a slot.

   • You can check your free avatar slot in the ZEPETO notification inbox or by visiting your profile from the [Profile] menu and clicking the [My Avatar] button. If your free slot is successfully awarded, you can see a purple '+' button.
     

3. If you are in one of the following 3 cases, you cannot get a free slot unfortunately.

   • Accounts with blocked login access

   • Suspected bot accounts

   • Dormant accounts (1 year or more)

FAQ

Q. I received more than one free slot.

A. During the Free Avatar Slot+1 event on November 11, there was an issue that slots were awarded for each app access. Please be noted that this issue has been resolved now.

• Issue resolved: around 00:35 UTC

The additional slots awarded in excess of 1 will be reclaimed gradually. Please do not use any slots with more than +1 additional slot.

Q. How long will the free slots last?

A. The 1 free slot awarded by this event can be used permanently. However, the event will run for only 24 hours, so you will not be able to receive a free slot after the event ends.
