Don't panic that it's been reset! Firstly check the ZEPETO code(At [Profile], it's written as CODE)!
If the ZEPETO Code is changed, your character is not reset, but you've been logged into a new account.
But if the ZEPETO Code is the same and your character is reset, please contact us right away with your ZEPETO code.
However, in the following cases, character recovery is not possible.
1. When you reset the character by pressing the reset button yourself
2. In the case of saving by modifying custom after reset
3. If more than 7 days have passed since the time of the occurrence
