Profits from selling items can be withdrawn when certain conditions are met.
1. Withdrawal of proceeds
- Request period: Between 25th-30th days of each month
- Payment date: the last day of the month following the withdrawal request
- If payment has been made from ZEPETO to your Paypal account but did not process, please contact the Paypal Customer Center.
2. Why was the process declined?
- You can check the reason for payment rejection in Payment> Request History> Status.
[Common cases of refusal of payment]
- Profile Country: Korea
- In the case in which personal information collection and use agreement is not signed or is incorrect (typing does not count, handwritten signature or seal is required)
- In the case in which the account information is incorrect (bank name is omitted, account holder name is not exposed, etc.)
- Account number mismatch with copy of bankbook
- Inconsistency between Studio homepage> Settings> payment information name and account information
- Profile Country: Global
- Incorrect PayPal account information
