1. If you paid through Google Play,
Please check the order number on the purchase receipt, then send the order number and your ZEPETO code to ZEPETO.
2. If you paid through App Store,
We cannot refund in-app purchase from Apple according to Apple's policy. Please request a refund directly to Apple.
* Are you a user whose account has been suspended?
Goods (ZEMs, coins, slots) will not be paid to an account that has been suspended for 7 days or is under permanent suspension in violation of the service usage guidelines. If the payment was not canceled properly in the App Store or Google Play Store, please refer to the refund help guide.
