If you're having trouble finding your account information based on the guidelines,
Please contact us with your ZEPETO ID(or ZEPETO code) along with one or more of the following identifying information.

    • Only receipts for ZEPETO products purchased from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store can be used as proof of identity.
    • Please attach an image that clearly displays your order number
    • Please refer to the instructions below on how to get your receipt.
      • Find your Google Store receipt and order number
      • View your purchase history in the App Store

[For accounts with no purchase history]

• Account creation date
• A screenshot that verifies you as the account owner
