How to check the payment date and renewal time

  • You can check the renewal date at the ZEPETO app - [Settings] - [View Premium Benefits] - [Next Payment Date].
  • Detailed renewal time can be found via payment receipt or payment details on the market platform (Google: Play Store/Apple: App Store).

 

[Example]

  • If 8:30 p.m. on the 15th of each month is the renewal time: Premium benefits will not be available until 8:30 p.m. on the 15th of August.

 

If the benefits are not paid even after the renewal time, please check the contents below.

  1. Please check if you have unsubscribed from Premium subscription.
    • If you want to re-subscribe, you can subscribe from the ZEPETO app - [Settings] -[ View Premium Benefits].
  2. Please check the registered payment method on the market platform (Google: Play Store / Apple: App Store).
    • Payment will not be made if your credit card has expired or if an invalid credit card is registered as payment method.
    • If a normal payment method has failed, the payment may have failed due to insufficient balance.
  3. Premium subscription products may take 1-2 days to provide the benefits after payment (renewal completed).
    • If it is still not provided even if it's been more than 4 days since the membership renewal time, please inquire with your ZEPETO code (ID) and order number.
      • Please select 'Premium unpaid type' when you write an inquiry and select [Register Inquiry]
