The following are some common reasons that a membership may have not been renewed. 

  • ZEPETO Premium membership subscription was canceled
  • The card on file is expired 
  • The payment method has insufficient funds to renew membership

It may take 1-2 days to process a Premium membership renewal. Please contact Customer Service if your membership does not renew within 4 days of the renewal date.
