Thumbnails are used to introduce your World at a glance.
Thus, if the submitted thumbnail does not represent the World appropriately, is difficult to see, etc. it is subject to rejection during the review process.
If your thumbnail is rejected because it is an 'Incomplete Thumbnail,' please check if your thumbnail applies to any of the instances below, and edit and resubmit accordingly!
- The background is too plain, and the thumbnail looks empty overall: Try to take a screenshot of a scene within the World, or take a closer photo of the object to reduce the empty space.
- The photo or words are from a different source (not directly from the World): Create a thumbnail using an object that exists within the World. Try capturing the scenery of the World and add characters or texts, or a combination of texts and ZEPETO characters.
- The images are unrelated to the World: Make sure you're using scenes from your World, and it properly represents the theme of the creator and/or the World. Thumbnails must be relevant to the World you created.
