Thumbnails are used to introduce your Map at a glance.
Thus, if the submitted thumbnail does not represent the Map appropriately, is difficult to see, etc. it is subject to rejection during the review process.
If your thumbnail is rejected because it is an 'Incomplete Thumbnail,' please check if your thumbnail applies to any of the instances below, and edit and resubmit accordingly!
- The background is too plain, and the thumbnail looks empty overall: Try to take a screenshot of a scene within the Map, or take a closer photo of the object to reduce the empty space.
- The photo or words are from a different source (not directly from the Map): Create a thumbnail using an object that exists within the map. Try capturing the scenery of the Map and add characters or texts, or a combination of texts and ZEPETO characters.
- The images are unrelated to the Map: Make sure you're using scenes from your Map, and it properly represents the theme of the creator and/or the Map. Thumbnails must be relevant to the Map you created.
