If you have an Apple device, check if there is an account already subscribed to ZEPETO Premium.
You may experience errors if you try to log into a ZEPETO account and try to purchase Premium membership, if the device already has another account subscribed to ZEPETO Premium.
- You will not be able to make a payment on an Android device.
- For iPhones, subscription payments are only available for one ZEPETO account per device due to the App Store policies.
- Thus, we expect payments to be processed properly if you log in with a new ZEPETO account on a different device and subscribe. (ex. another Android phone, another Apple device, etc.)
- For payments that aren't processed properly, be sure to contact Apple for a refund.
