Premium (Subscription) Refund Request


If you would like to request a refund for your Premium subscription, we can only help with refunds on Google Play Store payments that have not used any Premium benefits in the most recent subscription period.  

Premium items can be purchased once you become a Premium member, and because it is difficult to cancel priority review on content submissions immediately, you will have access to your Premium benefits until the next billing cycle (even if you cancel mid-cycle). However,

  • If you request a refund within 1 week of the payment date, we can assist with processing a refund as long as you have not used the Premium benefits. 
  • Refund requests (regardless of the request date) will be rejected if you have used any of the following Premium benefit
    1. If used the 70ZEMs received monthly as a Premium member
    2. If it is not possible to retrieve the Premium-exclusive item during the most recent subscription period
    3. If items discounted for being a Premium member was purchased or used
    4. If content was submitted to Studio for priority review or if there is a submission currently under priority review
  • Refunds are only available on payments made on the Google Play Store
    • Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund for payments made on Apple devices due to Apple's payment policies.
