If you were charged for Premium (subscription) services, but am not receiving benefits
- Close the ZEPETO app completely and reopen the app to check if you are able to use the benefits.
- Monthly benefits such as premium-exclusive items and 70 ZEMs distribution are distributed at the time of renewal. Thus, check if it is your renewal date by checking [Settings] - [See Premium Benefits] - [Next Payment Date (Renewal)].
If your renewal date passed but am not receiving Premium benefits, please let us know by going to [Submit a Request] Premium Benefits with your order number.
