If you were charged for Premium (subscription) services, but am not receiving benefits 

  1.  Close the ZEPETO app completely and reopen the app to check if you are able to use the benefits.  
  2. Monthly benefits such as premium-exclusive items and 70 ZEMs distribution are distributed at the time of renewal. Thus, check if it is your renewal date by checking [Settings] - [See Premium Benefits] - [Next Payment Date (Renewal)].

If your renewal date passed but am not receiving Premium benefits, please let us know by going to [Submit a Request] Premium Benefits with your order number.
