We are to here to inform you that if a viewer sponsored a live with goods charged in the incorrect way, the Creator's proceeds (ZEM) may be deducted as much as the sponsored amount.
*Profits (ZEM) will be deducted once a month.
We ask for your understanding that strict standards are applied to prevent further damage as we have recently found cases of abuse where goods refunded in an inappropriate way are used for live sponsorship.
Currently, it is difficult to check the details of the deduction of profits, and we will improve it so that you can check the deduction history on the Studio > Payment page in the near future.
