Introducing the new community management system!
To ensure a healthy and upstanding community, we've improved our response system for guideline violations.
Introducing a new Risk Scoring system
Risk Score is accumulated based on the nature and number of violations.
Repeated violations will result in higher penalty levels, so don't repeat the same offense.
Improved violation messages
If you've violated a guideline, you'll be notified with details about what you've violated.
- If you've received a warning or sanction, you'll see when your restrictions will be lifted.
- You can see where the guideline violation occurred.
Added account penalty history page and the option to appeal
You can view and appeal your specific penalty history on this page.
- You'll find information like the reason, date, and duration of the penalty.
- The new appeals feature allows you to argue against a warning or ban.

We've made the item-related features in your profile more convenient and diverse!
You can now easily share a link to your wishlist page and a list of items you've created.
From the Item tab of your profile, select the More button in the top right corner to create a sharing link.
Share your wishlist links with each other and make gifting more convenient!
