Allowing Access to Android users
After entering the Settings of the device you are using(not the ZEPETO App), find ZEPETO in [Settings>Apps>App permissions] and allow access you use in ZEPETO.
Allowing Access to iOS users
Go to the Settings of your device and scroll down to find the ZEPETO App(not the ZEPETO app). You can set permissions for Photos, Camera, Microphone, etc. within the App.
