Keep Your Own Chat Experience: One chat room is maintained per character, and you can start a fresh conversation whenever you want.
Favorites: You can save up to 200 of your favorite Character Chats.
How do I use Character Chat?
1️⃣ Go to the Character Chat Home & Choose a Character
Find your favorite characters in the Character Chat Home within the ZEPETO app under Recommended, Popular, New, or Categories. On the details page, you can check out the character’s bio, traits, notes, and total message count.
2️⃣ Start a Conversation
Tap the 'Chat' button to get started right away. When you first enter, you will set the name you want to use.
3️⃣ Keep the Conversation Going
Type your own messages or tap one of the recommended replies to keep the conversation flowing naturally.

Q. Can I create my own Character Chat too?
A. The Character Chat creation feature is currently being rolled out sequentially in select countries to users with 1,000 or more followers. We will continue to work hard to bring the Character Chat creation experience to even more users in the future.

A. On rare occasions, characters may generate unexpected or inappropriate responses. A. The Character Chat messaging feature is free to use, but ads will appear after a certain number of messages. Ads are a necessary element to maintain a smooth and stable service, and a skip option is currently not supported. Once you watch the ad to the end, you can jump right back into your conversation!
Q. Can I chat with multiple characters at the same time?
A. You can create a separate chat room for each character. However, you can only maintain one chat room per individual character. The option to create two or more chat rooms with the exact same character is not supported.

A. A Character Chat may be set to private based on violations of our community guidelines/operating policies or submitted reports.
Q. I want to reset my conversation with a character and start over from the beginning.
A. You can reset your chat at any time by selecting the 'Restart Conversation' option from the menu at the top of the chat room. After resetting, the name setup pop-up will appear again.
