Did you enter wrong information during payment request, or want to cancel for other reasons?
If all of the following conditions are met, you may cancel the payment request.
- The status of the payment request is 'Requested'
- It is within the payment request period (23rd~28th of every month)
- It is within 7 days of making the payment request
How to cancel payment request
- Check the [Payment] menu on the studio site for your request history.
- Click on the request history you wish to cancel.
- However, you cannot cancel a request history that does not have the 'Requested" status.
- Click the [Cancel Request] button to cancel request.
- The button will not be available if it is not the payment request period (23rd~28th of every month), or if 7 days have passed since making the payment request.
If the cancelling was successful, the affected request will be removed from request history,
And the ZEMs requested for payment will be restored to the balance.
