If a viewer makes a donation using funds that were improperly obtained, the creator's earnings (ZEM) may be deducted by the same amount as the donation.
*Earnings (ZEM) are deducted once a month in bulk.
Recently, we’ve discovered cases of abuse where refunded funds were used to make donations. To prevent further issues, we have implemented stricter measures. We appreciate your understanding.
Currently, it's not possible to view the details of deducted earnings, but we are working on allowing creators to check deduction histories in the Studio > Payment page in the future.
