✔ You can subscribe to different Premium plans.
Premium Lite, Basic, and Plus are separate products, so you can subscribe to all three on one account,
or each account can subscribe to Lite/Basic/Plus individually.

 

❌ You cannot subscribe to the same Premium plan more than once on a single account.

If you attempt to duplicate a Premium subscription, benefits may not be applied properly.
Please be aware that compensation may not be possible for issues caused by duplicate subscription attempts.

Examples of duplicate subscription attempts:

  • Trying to subscribe to Premium Plus using both Google Play and Apple App Store accounts on the same ZEPETO account

  • Attempting to subscribe to Premium Basic using two different store accounts on one ZEPETO account

  • Using multiple store accounts or devices to subscribe to the same Premium plan on one ZEPETO account

The availability of duplicate subscriptions may vary depending on your platform(Google Play Store / Apple App Store). Please check the information below.

 

Google Play Store Users
 

  • You can subscribe to both Light & Basic & Plus on the #1 ZEPETO account
  • You can subscribe to Basic on the #1 ZEPETO account & Plus on the #2 ZEPETO account
    • After canceling all subscriptions, you can subscribe to Plus on the #1 ZEPETO account & Basic on the # 2 ZEPETO account

 

Apple App Store users
 

According to the Apple Store policy, if you already have a ZEPETO account that subscribes to Premium, other ZEPETO accounts can only subscribe to products that have no subscription history.

  • You can subscribe to both Light & Basic & Plus on the #1 ZEPETO account
  • You can subscribe to Basic on the #1 ZEPETO account & Plus on the #2 ZEPETO account
    • You can't subscribe to Plus on the #1 ZEPETO account & Basic on the #2 ZEPETO account even after cancelling all subscriptions
    • In this case, you can only subscribe to Basic on the #1 ZEPETO account and Plus on the #2 ZEPETO account
    • You can't subscribe to any premium products on the #3 ZEPETO account

 

 

According to the Apple Store policy, a premium product is only available for one device, one App Store account and one ZEPETO account.
If you try to subscribe to the same product by changing only the App Store and ZEPETO accounts on the same device, it may not be reflected normally.
