First, please make sure that your accounts in ZEPETO App and ZEPETO Studio match. If your login account matches, please check the App Settings menu below to see if the ZEPETO App's push notification settings are turned on.

- iPhone: Settings > Notifications > ZEPETO App > Allow Notifications
- Android: Settings > Notifications > App Notifications > ZEPETO App > Allow Notifications
