Unless you unsubscribe, it will be automatically renewed at the time of renewal every month.
If you don't want automatic payment, please cancel your subscription before the premium renewal time!
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be automatically charged at the time of your next renewal, and even if you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use your premium until the expiration date.
To check your premium subscription status and expiration date,
- Log in using the account you subscribed to Premium with.
- Select the [Settings] icon in the upper right corner of the [Profile] screen.
- You can view your subscription status and the next payment date/expiration date in the ZEPETO app - Settings - View Premium Benefits - Next Payment Date.
※ Premium renewal and benefit payments are made at the renewal time of the monthly payment date.
※ Detailed renewal times can be found in the payment receipt or in the payment history on the market platform (Google: Play Store/Apple: App Store).
