Q1. I want to change the size of an item in another category other than headwear.
Most items are automatically rescaled to fit the character's body type, so we do not anticipate adding the resizing feature for other item categories. If you find items with sizing issues, please contact customer service with the item share link.
* Please understand that Official items are also not resizeable
Q2. I want to change the size of a creator's headwear item.
Headwear items size adjustments are currently only available for Official items. We have plans to allow creators' headwear items to be adjustable, so please be patient while we prepare. When this feature is available, we will share the guide via ZEPETO Studio Notices.
