We can help you refund the subscription fee only for Google Play Store payments, which have not used the premium benefits within the subscription period.

When paid or renewed, the Premium benefits of receiving exclusive items and product discount will be applied immediately. The benefit of priority on Studio content review takes several days, so it cannot be canceled immediately.

If you have a subscription period left for this month, the benefits will be maintained throughout the subscription period, and the subscription termination will be applied from next month.

 

However, in unavoidable cases, we can make an exception to help you with a refund only for the following conditions.

  • If you request a refund within 7 days including the payment date,
    • However, even if you request a refund within 7 days including the payment date, you cannot get a refund if you use one or more of the premium benefits listed below.
      • If the monthly payment of 70 ZEMs is used
      • If the premium-only item provided at the time of the most recent renewal is not recoverable
      • If you purchased and used premium-only discount items
      • If you used the benefit of Studio review priority within the most recent subscription period or if you have content currently under review
  • If paid through the Google Play Store
    • The refund is possible if the payment was through Google Play Store. Unfortunately, due to Apple's policy, the ZEPETO team cannot refund you if you paid through the Apple App Store.
