If you've paid for premium subscription but have not received any benefits, check out the following!

  1. Please close the ZEPETO app completely and reconnect to see if the benefits have been provided.
  2. Premium subscription products may take 1 to 2 days to provide benefits after payment.
  3. If the renewal time has passed, but the benefits are still not provided, please submit an inquiry of unpaid premium to the customer service center, including the following.
    • ZEPETO ID or ZEPETO code / Purchase receipt to check the order number
