- Please close the ZEPETO app completely and reconnect to see if the benefits have been provided.
- Premium subscription products may take 1 to 2 days to provide benefits after payment.
- If the renewal time has passed, but the benefits are still not provided, please submit an inquiry of unpaid premium to the customer service center, including the following.
- ZEPETO ID or ZEPETO code / Purchase receipt to check the order number
