1. Go to Windows Settings - Apps - Apps & features - Buildit - Modify - Repair, then remove Build it and reinstall
2. Go to Windows Settings - Date & time - click 'Sync now' under the Synchronize your clock menu, and check that the system time is synchronizing correctly. Then remove Build it and reinstall.
3. Windows Installer reinstall
3-1) Press the shortcut key [Windows key+X] and search Command Prompt (admin).
When the Command Prompt window opens, input the following
msiexec /unreg (Press the 'Enter' key after text input)
msiexec /regserver (Press the 'Enter' key after text input)

Press the [Windows key + R] at the same time to open the Run window. Input services.msc and click confirm.
When the service window opens, find Windows Installer. If it is stopped, right click and set it to start.
If the service item is not present, follow the steps outlined in 3-3.

Right click on the lower left corner of the screen and click "Command Prompt (admin)." Shortcut: Windows Key + X
msiexec /unreg (Press the 'Enter' key after text input)
This will search for any problems in the system files, and fix parts that must be repaired.
When the scan is 100% complete, check the result message.
Reboot the PC, delete Build it and reinstall.
4. Download Windows troubleshoot and fix outstanding issues. Delete Build it and reinstall.
