If you've set the item on sale to "Deactivation," the said item can be set to resale (activation) 24 hours after it had been deactivated.
To reactivate the deactivated item, open the item list, and click the right [...] button → "Activation", after 24 hours have passed since deactivation.
This process may take several mintues.
