Q. I wish the Live function is also supported in my country.
A. ZEPETO is trying hard to increase the number of countries that can do Live. We ask for your understanding in that we are currently unable to provide detailed information on the countries where Live support is available.
Q. I live in a country where Live is not supported, so is it possible to broadcast it to a country where Live is supported?
A. Unfortunately, we ask for your understanding in that it is difficult to give authority to functions related to Live broadcast, even manually.
Q. Is it a problem to advertise on the broadcast?
A. You can run free or paid advertisements for certain companies and brands on Live. However, if you are doing an advertisement through a Live broadcast, you need to clearly indicate that you are doing an advertisement through the broadcast's title or announcement.

Can I do a commercial broadcast during Live?
Q. Can the host turn off the Live sponsorship feature?
A. Unfortunately, we ask for your understanding in that the function of turning off the Live sponsorship function is not currently available.
Q. Will there be disadvantages if the Live is forced to end?
A. If the Live broadcast time is exceeded, it will be forced to be shut down by the monitoring staff.

Q. Can I lend my Live account to another user?
A. Account information should not be shared with others as it is your own personal information. If you share your account information to another person and that person performs Live, both you, who shared the account, and the person doing the Live will be subjected to restriction. Keep your precious information safe!
Q. Can I put background music during Live?
A. Unfortunately, the current ZEPETO Live system does not offer music playback. If you want to play music during Live, please play using other devices (extra cell phone, laptop, etc.).
Q. I want to use the PC Live program!
A. Currently, Live PC programs are being offered to some users for service delivery and testing. Therefore, it is difficult to provide it to everyone due to license restrictions. ZEPETO will continue to work hard so that many more people can use it.
