[ZEPETO Studio] Studio Payment Request Unavailability Notice

Hello, this is the ZEPETO team.

 

We are here to inform you of a change regarding Studio payment request and cancellation.

 

  • Applied Date: Starting November 16th
  • Changes: Payment requests and request cancellation will be unavailable at certain hours within the payment application period (from the 23rd to the 28th of each month)
    • Applied hours: 10:00-12:00 KST (UTC+9)

  • You can apply for payment at 11 a.m. (KST) within the payment application period
  • Payment application can be canceled at 10:30 a.m. (KST) within the payment application period
  • You cannot apply for payment at 11 a.m. (KST) within the payment application period
  • Payment application cannot be canceled at 10:30 a.m. (KST) within the payment application period

 

These changes have been made to provide Studio payments more accurately, so we ask for your understanding.
