- Access the ZEPETO Support page and click the speech bubble button.
- If there's anything you want to know about ZEPETO, select a related keyword.
* You cannot request a consultant's help through Chatbot.
* If you have any other questions that Chatbot cannot answer, please use the [Submit a request] on the top.
- The Chatbot does not respond to manually-written text messages, as contact with consultants is unavailable.
- Please select relevant keywords and check the responses.
- If you wish to return to the first screen, type [First/Restart] in the chat box.
