We're sorry to inform you that some Android (AOS) mobile devices are experiencing intermittent ticket payouts after watching the August Lucky Box ad. Until the issue is resolved, please try other missions in the Lucky Box first.

 

Affected Devices

  • Some Android (AOS) devices with ZEPETO app versions prior to 3.35

 

What is happening

  • During the Lucky Box mission, when you click "Watch an ad and get a ticket," the ad is not completed and the ticket is not paid.

 

Workaround

  1. This problem is solved in the latest version of the app, 3.35, and please proceed with the app update.
  2. After updating the app, please re-launch the app.
    * Updates will be rolled out in the app market, so please wait for the [Update] button to appear.
  3. Please re-run the Lucky Box mission "Watch Ads and Get Tickets" to make sure you can watch ads and receive tickets as normal.
