In an effort to create a fairer and healthier community, the ZEPETO team has implemented a risk scoring system for penalties (sanctions).
The newly adopted risk scoring system is designed to prevent repeated guideline violations while giving users who are willing to correct their behavior and improve a chance.
If you accumulate penalties for persistent violations of the guidelines,
the risk score for each offense will be added together, and the severity of the penalty may vary depending on the amount of score accumulated.
- Risk score is not visible to you or other users.
- Risk score will disappear after a certain number of days from the date they were accumulated. Even if you violate a guideline once, risk score may disappear if you don't repeat the offense.
