Hello, this is the ZEPETO team.

We are currently experiencing an issue when accessing the build it service on some Apple Mac devices.

  • Issue description: OS compatibility issues when accessing build it on Apple macOS Sonoma 14.0 or later versions. (loading, clicking, etc.)

Since this issue is occurring on macOS Sonoma 14.0 or later versions, we recommend that Mac users do not update to macOS Sonoma 14.0 or later versions until the issue is resolved.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we will do our best to provide reliable service as soon as possible.
