I gifted an item to another user that they already had. What happens to the Coins/ZEMs I paid for?

If the other party already has an item you gifted, it will be automatically refunded to you after 10 days.

If the paid Coins/ZEMs are not returned after 10 days, please send us the 1) ZEPETO code / ID of the gift recipient and 2) the gifted date.

 


You cannot gift the same item if the other person already has the item or if the item is in the gift box.
