* Are you a minor (underage) ZEPETO user?
If you're a minor, it's possible that your parents limited your charges through your iPhone settings. Please check if you have set up your mobile phone device or limited charges in the App Store.
* Are you a user whose account has been suspended?
Goods (ZEMs, coins, slots) will not be paid to an account that has been suspended for 7 days or is under permanent suspension in violation of the service usage guidelines. If the payment was not canceled properly in the App Store or Google Play Store, please refer to the refund help guide.
