How to verify your identity for account related inquiries

By verifying the following information, we verify that you are the account owner.

Please contact us with at least three of the following verification information with the ZEPETO ID (or ZEPETO code).

[Account with purchase history]

• (Required) A purchase receipt with an order number
  • Precautions  
    • Only receipts for purchasing ZEPETO products from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store can be used as a means of identity verification.
    • Please attach an image that identifies your order number as shown below.
      
    • Please refer to the following information on how to check receipts for each store.
      • Find your Google Store receipt & order number
      • View your purchase history for the App Store
  •  Two or more of the following information
    • Phone number linked to the account
    • E-mail address linked to the account
    • Account login method (linked SNS, etc.)
    • Account creation date (year/month/day)
    • (If you joined ZEPETO Studio) E-mail address registered when you joined the studio

[For accounts with no purchase history]

• Three or more of the following information
  
  • Phone number linked to the account
  • E-mail address linked to the account
  • Account login method (linked SNS, etc.)
  • Account creation date (year/month/day)
  • Full screen of the e-mail verification code received when you signed up
  • (If you joined ZEPETO Studio) E-mail address registered when you joined the studio

However, if the personal authentication information is inaccurate or the submitted information does not match the service usage history, it will be difficult to find the account.
