I deactivated my social media account and I can't log in to ZEPETO.

If you deactivated the social media account used to create your ZEPETO account and you can't log in, please submit a request through the Help Center with the following information:

  1. The ZEPETO ID or Code of the account you'd like to access
  2. The social media account type that you had connected (ex. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) 
  3. Personal information to verify your account: Email/Phone Authentication
