Refund Policy
We would like to inform you about the refund policy of ZEPETO service. Please read the following before requesting a refund.
- Refunds for unused goods
- Please note that refunds are available only if the purchased goods have not been used. If the goods have been used after payment, the refund will not be issued. Also, partial refundsare not available, only refunds for the entire product.
- Refunds for withdrawal requests within 7 days
- Refunds are only available if the request for withdrawal is made within 7 days of the purchase date. If you wish to request a refund after the 7-day period has elapsed, please do so within that timeframe.
- Refunds for underage payments
- To request a refund for a purchase made by a minor, please send the relevant information to Customer Support. We'll see if we can process your refund.
