Gifts that were not sent due to the gift sending failure on Tuesday, November 26th will be resent sequentially from Friday, November 29th at 4:00 pm KST. We would like to inform you of the following measures to take.

 

  1. Resending failed gifts
    • Gifts that were not sent during the outage (2am-8am KST on 11/26) will be resent in a rolling process.

  2. Refunds for failed resends
    • Gifts sent during these times will be resent by default. However, if you send the same gift to the same user multiple times, duplicate gifts may fail to resend. In this case, the sender of the gift will be refunded the goods used for the non-resent gift, and the refunded goods will be reflected directly in the goods area.

 

Gift resends and refunds will only be processed for failed sends during the time of the outage and will be processed on a rolling basis.
