Now you don’t have to recharge ZEM manually every time. By registering for the auto-recharge feature, you can conveniently keep your balance topped up.
You can use the auto-recharge feature in the Web Credit Shop.
What is the auto-recharge feature?
If you set your payment method and recharge conditions in advance, ZEM will be automatically recharged either when your balance drops below the amount you set, or on a specific date.
How to set up auto-recharge
Follow the steps below to set it up!
- Go to the Web Credit Shop and click the "Auto-Recharge" banner at the top.
- Choose your preferred auto-recharge type.
- Balance-Based: ZEM will be automatically recharged when your balance falls below the set amount. (e.g. recharge if under 2 ZEM)
- Date-Based: ZEM will be automatically recharged on the date you set. (e.g. recharge on the 1st of each month)
- Select the auto-recharge package you want to purchase.
- Complete payment through Xsolla to finish registration!
Once setup is complete, you’ll see an "Auto-Recharge Active" banner at the top of the Web Credit Shop, and you can also check your recharge history in the app’s Notification box.

Q. Can I set multiple criteria (balance/date) at the same time?
- You can only select one criterion at a time. To change it, click the banner at the top and adjust your settings.
Q. How do I cancel auto-recharge?
- Click the "Auto-Recharge Active" banner at the top of the Web Credit Shop to open the management screen, where you can change or cancel your settings.
Q. What payment methods are supported?
- Currently, auto-recharge only supports Xsolla payments.
Q. I want a refund for an auto-recharge payment.
- Please contact Xsolla Customer Support directly for refund requests.
Important Notes
- Purchases take effect immediately and will renew and bill automatically based on your chosen conditions.
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date, the payment will be automatically renewed.
- If you already have a card registered with Xsolla, the most recently registered card will be used automatically. If not, you’ll be directed to the card registration screen.

- Minors must obtain parental consent before making payments, and the ZEPETO Paid Service Terms of Use apply.
