Affected Devices
Rooted or jailbroken mobile devices
Devices with modification or bypass apps installed or running
PC emulators with root access or similar modifications enabled
Changes
Starting from the effective date, access to ZEPETO services may be restricted or blocked on the above-mentioned devices. This includes login, purchases, and certain features.
Recommended Actions
Use a non-rooted/jailbroken device
Uninstall modification or bypass apps
Disable root access in PC emulators
Avoid using rooted devices if using multiple devices
Please note that issues arising from the use of rooted/jailbroken devices may not be recoverable under our policy.
