※ This change applies only to currency acquired after the effective date and will not apply retroactively to the expiration period of currency acquired previously.
Hello, this is the ZEPETO Team.
To create a safer and more transparent service experience, we will begin applying expiration periods to certain types of free currency (hereinafter referred to as “Free Currency”).
A dedicated page (ZEM/Coin History) will be provided where you can view your usage history and expiration details. This change applies only to Free Currency received through events, ads, quests, etc., and does not affect Paid Currency (currency purchased through real money transactions).
- Applies to: Free Currency obtained from events, quests, ad viewing, and other non-paid methods.
- Expiration Periods: 30 days (default)
Note: You can check each ZEM’s exact expiration date in the ZEM/Coin History.
Important Information:
- Currency with the earliest expiration will be used first.
- You can view your currency details, usage history, and expiration dates in the app under:
Credit Shop > ZEM/Coin History (Information will be available for currency obtained or used on or after January, 2026.)
