Bratz x ZEPETO Transition Challenge TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”) set out the terms for the Bratz x ZEPETO Transition Challenge (the “Event”).

Licensors: © MGA Entertainment, Inc. BRATZ® is a registered trademark of MGA in the U.S. and other countries. All logos, names, characters, likenesses, images, slogans, and related elements are the property of MGA and are used under license.
Section A) Definitions and Introduction
In these Rules:
- “Participant” means any individual entering the Event
- “Submitted Content” means any content submitted as part of the Event (including videos, images, usernames, and related materials)
- “Intellectual Property Rights” means all copyright, trademark, and related rights
- “we”, “us”, “our” refers to NAVER Z Corporation (“Naver Z”), the operator of ZEPETO
- “MGA Parties” means MGA Entertainment, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates
- “Winner” means a Participant selected to receive a reward
By participating in the Event, you agree to be fully bound by these Rules.
The Event is sponsored solely by us and will be conducted as described in these Rules.
MGA Parties are not responsible for the administration of the Event, the collection of entries, the selection of Winners, or the distribution of rewards.
Section B) Eligibility
The Event is open only to individuals who comply with these Rules.
- Participants must use a valid personal account
- Entries must be submitted via a public account
- We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility if necessary
Section C) Agreement to the Rules
By entering the Event, participating in it, or accepting any reward, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
All decisions made by us regarding the Event are final and binding.
Section D) Event Period
The Event will run from April 2, 2026 to April 16, 2026 at 23:59 (KST).
Only entries submitted within this period will be considered valid.
Section E) How to Enter
To enter the Event:
- Participants must create and upload a TikTok video following a Before & After (transition) concept using Bratz avatar items
- The video must clearly demonstrate a transformation
- The following hashtags must be used exactly as provided (including order and capitalization):
- #BratzXZEPETO
- #BratzXZEPETOTransition
Any incomplete, invalid, or inappropriate submissions may be disqualified at our sole discretion.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Event.
Section F) Content Guidelines
Submitted Content must:
- Not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights or other rights of any third party
- Not contain any offensive, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material
- Not damage or negatively affect the reputation of Naver Z, ZEPETO, or MGA Parties
We reserve the right to remove or disqualify any Submitted Content at our sole discretion.
Section G) Prizes and Rewards
Winners will be selected based on internal evaluation and engagement metrics.
Some rewards may be distributed randomly.
Prizes are as follows:
- 1st Prize: 3,000 ZEM (1 winner)
- 2nd Prize: 1,000 ZEM (3 winners)
- 3rd Prize: 300 ZEM (5 winners)
- Engagement Award: 100 ZEM (15 winners)
- Random Reward: 50 ZEM (20 winners)
- Rewards will be credited to the Participant’s ZEPETO account within 30 business days after verification
- Submitted Content must remain publicly available for at least one (1) month after upload
- Deleted content will not be considered valid entries
- Fraudulent activity may result in disqualification and cancellation of rewards
Section H) Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be notified via the platform used for participation.
If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to select an alternative Winner.
Section I) Content Usage and Rights
By entering the Event:
- You grant Naver Z and MGA Parties a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute the Submitted Content
- Submitted Content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
- You agree that your likeness, voice, and other publicity rights included in the Submitted Content may be used without additional compensation
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the above rights.
Section J) Data Privacy
Personal information submitted in connection with the Event will be collected and processed by Naver Z for the purpose of administering the Event.
Section K) Liability and Disclaimer
The Event is operated by NAVER Z (ZEPETO).
MGA Parties are not responsible for the administration of the Event, selection of Winners, or distribution of rewards.
This Event is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.
Section L) Modification and Termination
We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Event or these Rules where necessary.
Section M) Miscellaneous
These Rules constitute the entire agreement relating to the Event.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No third party shall have any rights under these Rules.
