FAQ
[Submissions & Participation]
Q. Can I submit multiple entries?
A. Yes! There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit. However, each participant can only win with one entry.
Q. Can I participate by simply adding the hashtag to content I created before the contest?
A. No. Only content newly released on ZEPETO during the contest period is eligible for judging. Adding the hashtag to existing content may make it appear in the Contest tab, but it will not be eligible to win.
Q. I entered the wrong hashtag. What should I do?
A. You can still qualify by correcting the hashtag to "Halloween" before the submission deadline. To edit your content, go to [Character Chat > My Page > My Character Chats].
Q. Can I edit my content after submitting it?
A. Yes, you can freely edit your content during the contest period. However, editing or resubmitting content after the contest ends may cause it to disappear from the Contest tab. To ensure fair judging, we recommend making only minor changes, such as fixing typos, after the contest ends. Please avoid making major changes to the storyline or character settings.
Q. Can I delete the hashtag after submitting?
A. No. Entries without the "Halloween" hashtag aare not eligible for the contest, and removing the hashtag after publishing may result in disqualification. Please keep the "Halloween" hashtag and your content's visibility set to "Public" until judging is complete.
Q. Why isn't my entry showing up in the Contest tab?
A. First, make sure you've entered the "Halloween" hashtag correctly. Content that has been restricted following user reports or that violates the ZEPETO Community Guidelines may be excluded from the Contest tab and judging.

Q. How will I find out the results?
A. Winners will be notified via an in-app message on ZEPETO. To make sure you receive your notification, please check your message settings using one of the options below.
- Go to [Settings > Privacy & Content] and set your message permissions to "Anyone".
- Follow the official ZEPETO account and set who can message you to "Following".
Failure to receive or check your winner notification due to your message settings may result in your prize being forfeited.
[Rewards & Rights]
Q. What are the prizes, and when and how will they be distributed?
A. ZEM rewards will be awarded to the Top 10 winners.
1st place: 1,000 ZEMs
2nd place: 500 ZEMs
3rd–5th place: 300 ZEMs each
6th–10th place: 100 ZEMs each
Rewards will be credited directly to the winners' ZEPETO accounts by November 27 (Fri). Awarded ZEM cannot be withdrawn and will expire 30 days after the date of distribution. Violations of the contest rules may result in disqualification, revocation of prizes, recovery of distributed rewards, or account restrictions.
Q. Who owns the copyright to submitted entries?
A. You, the creator, own the copyright and other intellectual property rights to your entry. However, ZEPETO may use submitted content as necessary for service operations and the promotion of winning entries. Additionally, creators grant ZEPETO a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use any "ZEPETO IP Content" included in their entries for the purpose of creating and publishing their content. By submitting an entry with the contest hashtag, participants are deemed to have agreed to these guidelines.
The contest schedule, details, and reward distribution dates are subject to change due to internal circumstances.
